Klastry stanowią istotny element każdej gospodarki. Obecność struktur klastrowych w gospodarce świadczy bowiem o poziomie jej rozwoju, a także wskazuje na jej potencjał oraz dalsze perspektywy rozwojowe. Ze względu na różnorodność struktur klastrowych nie ma dla wszystkich jednolitego zestawu instrumentów wspierających ich rozwój. Konieczne jest stosowanie różnych, odpowiednio dostosowanych do danego typu klastra instrumentów. Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie możliwości uzyskania przez klastry dofinansowania w ramach budżetu na lata 2014-2020.

Abstract The time span between 2014 and 2020 constitutes a new, multi-annual financial framework. During this time, by negotiating with the European Union, Romania received financing through 5 major types of funds which were part of the European Structural Investments Funds (ESIF) and which were structured in six major Operational Programs, the most consistent of which is POIM - The Major Infrastructure Operational Program (MIOP). Abstract The European Union provides financial support to all Member States through structural instruments (Structural Funds) and the Fund for Agriculture. Nationally, each Member State has to set up operational programs (SOP) in accordance with European requirements to access the available money. In the current multiannual financial exercise there are 7 SOP, plus the agriculture program.
